Ordering / ご注文方法


To request the purchase of a piece of artwork featured on this website, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the image of any given work to access its Series page. (Links to Series pages are also available via the website’s right-hand sidebar.) From the Series page, click on the “Regarding Purchase” link for a list of pieces for sale.
2. Make note of the Piece Number and price for the work you are interested in.

3. Place your order:
Using the Contact Form on this site, please indicate your interest in purchasing the work, being certain to include the following information:
– The purpose of your inquiry (Please be sure to include the Piece Number of the work you are inquiring about.)
– Your name
– Your e-mail address
– Your telephone number

4. Choose payment method:
Once your inquiry has been received, the artist will respond via e-mail to confirm availability. If the work is available, it will be put on reserve for you to purchase. The reservation period begins on the day after the artist sends confirmation of availability, and it continues for one week. Please ensure that payment is completed within this period. If payment cannot be confirmed within the reservation period, understand that the artist may be unable to guarantee that the work remains available for your purchase.
 Credit Card: Please note that payment by credit card can only be handled via PayPal.
Handling credit card purchases via PayPal helps ensure that our customers’ information remains secure. When a customer uses PayPal to pay for a product or service, PayPal collects the money on the seller’s behalf, and no credit card information is transmitted to the seller at any time. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one using the following process:
STEP 1. Click on “Sign Up” and choose to create a Personal Account. → STEP 2. Register your address and credit card information. → STEP 3. Use PayPal to complete your online transactions.
 Other Payment Methods
We are also able to accept payment via domestic Japanese bank transfer. If you would like to make your payment via bank transfer, please mention so in your inquiry, and transfer information for the destination account will be included in the confirmation e-mail sent by the artist.
5. Once receipt of payment has been confirmed, the selected work will be sent to the address you designate. There is no additional charge for shipping.
6. Regarding our cooling-off policy:
We allow for a two-week cooling-off period that begins on the day of the purchased work’s initial delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the work, please contact the artist via e-mail within two weeks of initial delivery.
Please understand that the artist may be unable to fulfill return requests that are made after this two-week cooling-off period.
Also, please understand that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Furthermore, we ask that all returned works be properly insured while in transit. For information about shipping insurance, please consult with your shipping provider.
